My ideal body weight

Healthy body weights are calculated using the BODY MASS INDEX (BMI),
which is an international standard used to measure excess weight and

How to calculate your BMI

One practical way to quickly calculate your ideal body weight is to get
your BMI. This figure is calculated by dividing your weight (in kilos
or pounds) by the square (in meters or feet) of your height. It can
also be used to establish the degree of obesity and the health risks it
entails.

This method is not practical in calculating the ideal weight for
high-level athletes, pregnant women or people with serious illnesses.

EX: Weight 140lbs divided by a height of 5.4 feet = 25.39
