Weight loss

"
Excess weight directly affects a person both physically and
psychologically. The body and spirit are linked and when one suffers,
the other reacts as well. This is why weight gain is often symptomatic
of a much deeper problem. I can help you discover those underlying
causes, often locked in the subconscious, and provide you with the
ability to eliminate or better manage them.
"
Are you ready to change your eating habits ?
" When you decide to initiate an analysis of your behavior and your
dietary habits, you put all the chances on your side to reach your
ultimate objectives: be thin, maintain this ideal weight, and feel a
huge well being.
If you are not fully ready to begin this step, not only do you risk
meeting with failure, but you will continue to go with remarks such as:
"This diet does not work; I lost weight, but I took back all the lost
kilos, and more."
The diet is a tool to motivate you and make you lose weight quickly,
but it will not oversee your eating habits for the rest of your life.
The responsibility of managing your nutrition rests solely on your
shoulders and only you can give yourself permission for the occasional
transgression.
"
Why have I gained back all the weight that I lost ?
Self-esteem

"
Self-respect is the result of a self-assessment. It
is, in a sense, a revealing barometer in which we live in accordance
with our values.
Self-respect shows itself by the pride in
which we show ourselves and the continuous evaluation of our actions.
Whether we are conscious of it or not, the validation that we make of
our behavior, our appearance, and our actions, always affects us.
For every subjectively important action, we give out a verdict in these
terms: “What I make is valid for me” or “this is not valid”. In the
first case, the action values us, while in the other case, it
depreciates us. Furthermore, this appreciation joins at once in memory
and becomes attached to the concept of one.
